Learn the core principles of home bread baking, using tools and equipment found in almost every kitchen. You’ll be guided through the full process - the stages, techniques and key tips - so you can return home and bake bread independently for yourself and your family.

Beginner sourdough workshop loaf

The session

Over four hands-on hours with Roy, you'll discover the health benefits of sourdough, learn to create and feed your own starter, and master the maintenance that keeps it alive for years. You'll mix, shape, score and bake your own sourdough loaf by yourself.

Enjoy a light grazing platter of fresh bread, crackers, vegetables and spreads with unlimited coffee and tea, then take home everything you bake, plus your own living sourdough starter with full care instructions.

All In One

Each product uses a different flour, rising agent and baking technique - a complete tour of bread in one sitting.

The session

In four hands-on hours you'll work with three different flours, three types of leavening and three distinct baking techniques, a complete tour of bread making in a single sitting.

A light grazing platter with fresh bread, crackers, vegetables, spreads and unlimited coffee and tea is included, and you'll take home every loaf you bake.

A soft, golden, enriched dough, braided by hand, glossy with egg wash and finished with seeds.

The session

Over four hands-on hours with Roy, you'll make a rich, enriched dough with eggs, oil and a touch of honey, then master the kneading, proving and shaping that give challah its signature soft, pillowy crumb.

You'll practise six-strand braids, finish each loaf with a glossy egg wash and seeds, and bake them to a deep golden crust. Enjoy a light grazing platter with unlimited coffee and tea, then take home every loaf you braid.
