What makes the workshop so special?

Our workshops are designed to give every participant a personal, hands-on experience. We work in small groups, provide plenty of patience and guidance, and follow a clear step-by-step learning process.

Is the workshop suitable for gluten-free participants?

Unfortunately, the workshop is not suitable for gluten-free participants. We work only with flour that contains gluten throughout the baking process.

Is the workshop suitable for vegetarians?

Yes. Everything we bake during the workshop is vegetarian-friendly.

Can I take home a sourdough starter?

Yes. Every participant receives a high-quality 109-year-old sourdough starter, with full care and maintenance instructions.

What should I bring to the baking workshop?

Just a willingness to get your hands dirty. Everything you need for the day is provided.

What should I wear to the baking workshop?

Please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes for safety in the kitchen. We also recommend coming with an empty stomach and a good mood, as tasting is part of the experience.

What will I receive from the workshop?

You will receive an information booklet, a recipe booklet, hands-on baking experience, your own bakes to take home, ongoing WhatsApp support, and a high-quality 109-year-old sourdough starter with full care and maintenance instructions.
